By downloading or using Nerion, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. License

Nerion grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Mac computers that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app.

2. Free and Premium plans

Nerion offers a free tier and paid Premium plans. Features available under each plan are described on the pricing page and may change over time. We reserve the right to adjust plan contents with reasonable notice.

3. Payments and refunds

• Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment details.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your billing portal.
• The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hey@patovw.com within 14 days of purchase if you have an issue.

4. Your responsibility for file deletion

Nerion helps you identify and remove files from your Mac. You are solely responsible for any files you choose to delete. Always review items before deleting. We strongly recommend backing up your data before performing any cleanup. Nerion is not liable for data loss resulting from files you choose to remove.

5. No warranty

Nerion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, patovw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Nerion, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or device damage.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

8. Updates and changes

We may update Nerion and these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which patovw operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
